E-shop functionality
For Earthquake, one of the basic requirements for choosing e-store systems was to be able to utilize all the information gathered around customers and products in their business systems and take advantage of it without additional work in the e-commerce platform. This has been achieved through an IQ-shop integration package that connects the web environment and business systems.
In addition, it was important to have a common e-shop for its three main areas of golf, football and park. The different areas address different customer groups with different product information requirements. The same product will be presented in different ways depending on the main area on which it is based. Today, customers get the information about their products that fit their area of interest, all managed by the underlying business system.
From its business system, Jordelit also has the opportunity to easily manage the translation of all product information into the desired language so that the e-store can easily expand beyond its borders.
Unifaun Order Link
In parallel with the creation of Jordelit e-shop, Unifaun Order Link was installed. If you have Unifaun order coupling, all necessary information is automatically sent from the ERP system to the carrier. The carrier's collateral number is automatically recalled to the business system. In addition to simplifying the internal process at Jordelit, customers who have placed their orders via the e-store will automatically access their tracking time on the personal page of the e-store and can follow their delivery door-to-door.
