Applitron was among the first organisations registering for a domain in Sweden. 1986 was the domain .se registered and at the same time, there were 18 other domains registered. Among them was appli.se. The other was enea.se, luth.se, chalmers.se, lu.se, sema.se, siemens.se, lth.se, hp.se, objecta.se, kth.se, sics.se, aahus.se, volvo.se, environ.se, fdata.se, mil.se, alp.se. Since then, Internet has become a natural source of information to us working at Applitron. Mainly to share and exchange knowledge and information with other professionals.
